What is INCLUDED in your Wedding packages?

All of our packages for photography and videography are custom, but the base packages for weddings are 6 hours of coverage, with one single shooter, and unlimited photos or videos. Meaning we do not set a maximum on how many photos we deliver or how long your video is.

What is your payment plan or Payment schedule?

For Weddings:

We have a pretty industry standard payment schedule, typically this is 50% upfront as a Retainer/Deposit, to reserve and book your date on our calendar, and the other 50% is due one month prior to your wedding day, which is also at the time of our last pre-wedding planning meeting.


We have been asked before, and we do offer incentives for clients that wish to pay in full, and for clients who are ready to make a deposit during our discovery meeting. Usually this is anywhere from 5-12% depending on your package.


For Photoshoots:

Same as before, it would be 50% upfront as a Retainer/Deposit to reserve the date of your shoot, and the balance is due the day of the shoot.

How soon should i book you for our wedding?

It is pretty common for our clients to book us 6-12 months away from their wedding day.


The main variable is if clients are also hiring us to do their engagement session for save-the-dates, or if there is travel involved. It is common for clients, that are either traveling to a destination wedding, or who have guests that are traveling in from out-of-state, to book with more time in advance so that they can send out save-the-dates in time, and allow guests ample time to make accommodations.
