WEDDINGS

How soon should we book you for our wedding?

Over the years, we have noticed about 50% of our couples book us between 6-9 months out before their wedding date. Additionally, about 30% book us between 12-15 months out, and that is usually the case for couples who have family from out-of-state that will be traveling to a destination or to a local venue in TX.

What are the steps for booking?

We try to keep the booking/inquiry process pretty simple, and streamlined. Below are some bullet points.

  1. Submit an Inquiry using our "Contact Us" page.
  2. First Contact - Usually a text from me, notifying you if I'm available on your date or not.
  3. Phone Call - I like to use this call to discuss any top-priority questions, or non-negotiables. Also, this is really a 5-10 min conversation, to detail our process briefly, and if you are still interested we will continue with our inquiry process, estimates, etc.
  4. Review some Full Collections - this is usually between our first contact and our first phone call, I like to send over 3-5 full online collections of our previous clients so that you can get a full scope of our work.
  5. Request an Estimate - once you have gotten a good idea on how we work, and you are ready to look at numbers, we can generate an estimate for your needs.
  6. Discovery Meeting or 2nd Phone Call - after you have received your estimate we usually like to jump on a Video Consultation to go over any other questions or to breakdown the next steps for booking.
  7. Make a Deposit/Sign Contract - after we have looked at everything, and you are ready to move forward with us we will generate your invoice and request the deposit/retainer and we will sign the contract.
  8. Pre-Wedding Meetings - Once we are booked we are not entirely done, we usually like to schedule our pre-wedding consultations at the 6, 3, and 1 month out marks to discuss all things planning, photo timelines, vision, style, family shot lists, and discuss any changes to your package.
