Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many final photos should we expect?

Because we set no limit to how many photos we will deliver, the amount of final images depends on how many mirco-events you have throughout your day (first looks, portraits, details, etc). To give a broad estimate we have seen galleries from as little as 500 images, all the way to 1700 images and beyond.

2. How long will our highlight film be or any other Video edits?

Whenever we are editing your videos, we pay attention to the overall story, the flow of it, how slow or fast paced the day was, and we try to balance all of these elements in a fluid manner. For standard highlight films we aim for 5-7 mins, sometimes we go over the 7 mins mark, and if your wedding day was a little more chill or not alot was going on we could hit the 3-4 min mark. For full edits, like ceremony and documentary edits they range anywhere from 30mins to 120 mins - and beyond in some cases.

3. What is standard turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround time is between 12-16 weeks to deliver a full collection. This does vary for during busy seasons, or if there is a current backlog. If we do go beyond the standard turnaround time, we will likely give you more content, free of charge, for example more edits, more photos, etc, as a token of appreciation.

4. what products do you offer for our photos or videos?

We can offer physical prints, physical photo albums, and even video albums. Reach out and we can schedule a consultation.
